David is the Licensee and Relationships Manager at AMA (WA) and continues to practice as a qualified financial adviser.

David is well known for his ability to maintain and establish strong ongoing relationships with his clients and is motivated to help each and every one of his clients create, maintain and protect their wealth. In order to do this, David formed Hartley Financial in order to provide a holistic finance service to his clients.

David holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, a Diploma of Financial Services/ Mortgage Broking and has successfully completed The Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA) exam. David is a member of the Association of Independently Owned Financial Professionals (AIOFP) and Mortgage and Financial Association of Australia (MFAA).
